Fuss-Free Delicious Brownies Recipe For Dessert

A great dessert needs to be really tasty and nutritious. However, if you got a busy schedule, it's also important for a dessert to be easily made. Fortunately for you, there's a quick and easy way to make brownies! Read on to learn how to make this fuss-free chocolate dessert for the family to enjoy.

The ingredients are pretty simple. You will need cake mix (1 package), butter (1 stick), brown sugar (half a cup), and egg (1 medium sized). Of course there's also cocoa powder (half a cup), and peanuts (1 cup, chopped coarsely). You will also need a large-sized mixing bowl, baking spoon, electric beaters, and medium-sized microwave-safe square cake pans.

Again, this recipe is fuss-free, as you will bake the brownies just by using a countertop microwave oven! Once everything you will need is ready, it's time to melt the stick of butter. Slice it into small pieces, place in a small bowl, and cover with a paper towel. Put it in the microwave and heat for 5-10 seconds. Stir it, then repeat the entire procedure until it's melted evenly.

Transfer it in a large bowl, then add in the cake mix, brown sugar, egg and cocoa powder. Mix them all together using electric beaters. Do it for 1-2 minutes, or until it resembles a thick cake batter. Add the chopped peanuts into the mixture. However, this time you will only use a large spoon for mixing.

Use a cooking spray to grease the pan, and transfer the batter into it. Follow the instructions on the instant cake mix packaging on how long it should bake in the microwave. If what you have in the kitchen doesn't come with a turntable, simply turn the pan every 2-3 minutes. This will ensure even cooking of the cake.

To test if it's done, poke a toothpick or a tiny skewer into the center of the baked brownies. If it comes out without anything sticking to it, it's done! Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. If you wish for it to cool quicker, place it on a cooling rack. You can later on cut the brownies into small squares before serving.

If you want, you can use round cake pans to make a delectable chocolate cake using the same recipe. Simply put a large plate on top of the pan, and turn it upside down to release the sumptuous treat. Cover it in ready-made chocolate or vanilla flavored frosting. You can decorate it with marshmallows, chopped up chocolate chip cookies and others.
